    We can provide any number of cleaners needed to get the job done quickly, whether it is 2 cleaners or 10, and the rate per cleaner is the same. This allows the cleaning to be done quickly and effectively without long delays.

    We have extensive experience with end of tenancy cleaning and understand exactly what landlords and agents are looking for during the inspection at the end of the tenancy. Our cleaning is done to a standard to help ensure that your deposit is returned unless the property has sustained damage during your tenancy. Our guarantee only covers the cleanliness and does not cover any damage sustained.

    Since this service is charged by time, if your landlord isn’t happy with the clean our team will return quickly to clean any missed items and you will only be charged for the extra time taken to clean, without having to pay the minimum booking charges again. Any work that is charged a set amount per item like steam cleaning or oven cleaning will not be charged any extra amounts when addressing the complaint.

    Our guarantee is only valid when feedback is made within 48 hours after the clean is complete as items can get dusty and dirty again very quickly. It is your responsibility to ensure that your landlord checks the property quickly after our team has completed their work.
